It was in 1967, that Elsie Hall, a member of American River Community Church, opened Wonder-Land Christian Preschool. Her vision was for it to be a Mission arm to the church, offering loving Christ centered care and education to 2-5 year old's. Over the years the school has existed and served to provide our community with an esteemed early childhood educational program that has Jesus Christ at the center. The administration and staff go to great lengths to create and maintain environments of interest, stability, safety, education, and play. We desire to partner with parents and families to develop Christian character, and the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and educational needs of the children in our care.

Each staff member has a heart to work with the children and their families. We have some staff that have been with us for more than 25 years and have seen our school thrive and become the loving place that it is today.

In everything we do we seek to be intentional and aware of our mission. We look to ensure and provide a safe and loving place for you and your family! We strive to Teach Tiny Humans about Jesus!

We are expanding what we can offer so that your little ones can be cared for in the very best environment, a trusted environment for over 50 years. Many of our “graduates” have children and even grandchildren in our care - we are a multigenerational ministry that has helped grow many good hearts here in the Carmichael area.
