American River Community Church
Inviting All to Jesus, Following Him Together

On Sunday, March 16,2014, a Ceremony of Re-dedication was held during the regular worship times at ARCC.     This marked the recent completion of our worship center renovation which included new paint and carpet and refinishing and re-upholstery of the pews.  Memorial funds were used for this project, headed up by Doris Reimer, Worship Services Coordinator for the church.   Pastor Rich Reimer, composed a ceremony following the pattern found in Nehemiah 12:27-43.    This pattern included loud joyful songs led by  Music Director, Tess Escoto and her team.    The rededication of both the leaders and congregation to Christ, to the Church and to the work of Christ in the world came next.     The re-dedication of the newly renovated worship center followed by anointing each pew with oil in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit as the congregation recited a litany of dedication.  The people pledged to use this worship center for the purposes established in the church’s founding document: Worship, Christian Education. Fellowship, Mutual welfare, Relief of the unfortunate and the evangelization of the world.     Donors and workers were recognized and thanked as well .
